500ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil bottle from Mirandela, Trás-os-Montes, PDO

This olive oil is results from a early harvest of a field blend of Verdeal Transmontana, Madural and Cobrançosa.

Tastting notes (from August 2017):

Nose: Light green fruity with notes of olive leaf and some apple and dry grass (tea).

Mouth: With medium bitter, medium spicy and slightly with notes of olive leaf and dried herb.
