This olive oil is results from an early harvest of a blend of Verdeal Transmontana, Madural and Cobrançosa.
Tastting notes:
Light green fruity with notes of tomato branches and some dry grass.
With medium bitter, medium spicy and slightly with notes of tomato, fresh cut grass and dried walnuts.
Superior quality olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical processes .
COLD EXTRACTION
